Divorce Arbitration is an informal process to resolve divorce cases when couples do not want either an adversary Court case heard before a judge or mediation before a mediator. In Divorce Arbitration the parties present their case to a neutral person, an arbitrator, whose decision they agree to be bound by. A divorce arbitration is confirmed by the Court. The parties pay the arbitrator and any cost of the arbitration. The parties may represent themselves of have an attorney represent them.
