Mediation is much quicker than litigation, so you can get back to focusing on your work, family, friends, and hobbies.
Phone calls and e-mails are returned promptly by your mediator, not a receptionist or secretary. Appointments can be scheduled within a day or two of your call or e-mail.
You set the pace of the mediation, so you never feel rushed or as if you’re waiting for a lawyers’ or a judge’s calendar to free up.
We meet with you in person in our office, but if one or both of the disputants are not in town, we can connect on conference calls, or via Skype or Facetime.
